BIOGRAPHY

Davide Montalenti (01/02/1996)
begun studying piano when he was 6.
In 2016 he finished his studies with full marks at G. Verdi Conservatory in Milan, Italy, under the guidance of M° Valerio Premuroso. In 2019 he obtained the Master of Arts Music Performance at Conservatorio della Svizzera Italiana in Lugano, Switzerland, with M° Nora Doallo.
During his studies he improved joining marterclasses with important international pianists and pedagogues, as Marcel Baudet, Boris Berman, Leonel Morales, Luis de Moura Castro, Pierre Réach, Homero Francesch, Adrian Oetiker, Ippazio Ponzetta e Luca delle Donne.

Awarded in several national and international competitions,
he performes both as soloist as in chamber groups. He teaches piano since 2015.

In 2017 he founded MoMa Music & Arts with tenor Omar Mancini, a new challenge in italian musical and performing arts sector. MoMa wants to break new ground in the diffusion of non-commercial music.


His passion for sound in all its shapes led him to approach even the sound experimentation and sound design for images, both for cinema and theatre.

He collaborates regularly with actor and director Dino Longo Sabanovic. With him he founded
2RoomsProductions, an independent production company which has as its heart the organic fusion with the music of the narrative, filmic and theatrical arts.
With Dino, he was the sound designer and edited the soundtrack of many short films including “The Tempest”, the film “Nada” and some theatre productions like “900” and “Viva il Leader”.

As sound designer he worked with VanMossevelde+n group and ICON magazine.
